The client had desktop applications, functionally dated and with little interoperability, and needed to renew the functionality and usability, while at the same time bringing the platform to the web, with more modern technologies and easily accessible from browsers.

Sharing, extended dialogue, targeted workshop sessions (event storming, system mapping to name a few), helped us focus on the as is, the needs and the objectives. The importance of data and its manipulation, the quality of operational flows and their optimization were the next steps.

We started by building a flexible solution, customizable in views, layouts, aggregation and data representation.
The UX/UI and extreme usability were the main objective, considering the amount of information to be displayed and the different uses that needed to be made of it. We connected all the data sources on a single platform to create a single point of contact and provide all the necessary and useful information for the end user.
